Bay View the premier Beer B&B for bed and breakfast in Beer or Seaton. It is a lovely large house, enjoying beautiful views of Beer. The property has a lovely garden, has ample parking for guests and is on high ground overlooking Beer and it’s surrounding countryside. It is in easy walking distance of the centre, and is situated in Barline, a quiet no-through-road, so there's very little traffic.
Run by Sue and Adrian, offering friendly high quality service and accommodation, and is meticulously maintained. Having travelled extensively throughout the world we set up Bay View B&B with the aim of offering accommodation of a high standard that we'd be happy to stay in. Bay View B&B has 3 guest bedrooms, limited to 6 guests staying at any one time. All the rooms are large and modern, with en-suite shower room, TV, Tea and Coffee facilities, and sea views, one is on the ground floor.
Breakfast...
Breakfast is in our lounge and is informal, with a choice of fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts, grapefruit, Full English breakfast, toast, Tea and Coffee.There is ample off road car parking in our driveway.
Location...
If you are looking for a Beer B&B or Seaton B&B then Bay View B&B is in an excellent position with off road parking. It has a lovely garden, behind the property there is beautiful farmland and woodlands with many bridle ways for walks. For train spotters and model railway enthusiasts Pecorama Gardens and Trains is very close, and is a great day out for all. It is possible to walk to the village of Branscombe in about 40 minutes. Due to our location, fields and woodland nearby, we are not plagued by noisy sea gulls so much as in the centre. Bay View is a truly great guest house in Beer.
